Customer Service Ambassador at Ten Lifestyle Group

Lelaney Aprill has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 with TFG (The Foschini Group) as a Telesales Specialist, where they focused on serving customers, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts. In 2017, they worked at Pangea as an English Second Language Instructor. In 2019, they joined Ten Lifestyle Group as a Service Ambassador, handling high volumes of calls and emails, conducting research, and compiling member requests. In 2020, they moved to Better2Know as a Patient Services Executive, providing confidential and anonymous sexual health testing services. Most recently, in 2021, they returned to Ten Lifestyle Group as a Customer Service Ambassador.

Lelaney Aprill attended the University of the Western Cape from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from Foundation TEFL in May 2019.
