Nick Petersdorf

Nick Petersdorf has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nick started their career as a Refugee Resettlement Intern at the International Rescue Committee in 2009 and later worked as a Laboratory Technician at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in 2010. Nick then joined Brown University, where they held multiple positions as a Teaching Assistant, Transfer Counselor Coordinator, and Research Assistant from 2010 to 2012.

In 2012, Nick worked as a Research Assistant/Contractor at the Commission on Investing in Health before moving on to become an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Lakeside School in 2013. During the same year, they also served as a Research Assistant at LSE Health, contributing to a study on cancer indication benefit assessments.

In 2014, Nick took on a Research Analyst Intern role at Amaris before joining McKinsey & Company, where they had several positions. Nick started as an Analyst in 2014 and then became a Specialist in 2017, focusing on healthcare consulting. As an Expert from 2018 to 2019, they served regional and national health systems and private equity clients, specializing in market and corporate strategy, growth operations, and due diligence projects.

Most recently, Nick Petersdorf has worked for Tenet Healthcare since 2019. Nick initially served as the Senior Director of Business Planning and is currently the Vice President of Corporate Development for USPI.

Nick Petersdorf began their education at Lakeside High School from 2004 to 2008. Nick then attended Emory University from 2008 to 2009, earning a Bachelor's degree in International Studies. In 2009, they spent a year as a Visiting Student at The University of Edinburgh, studying International Politics. From 2010 to 2012, they pursued a degree in Political Science-International Relations and Comparative Politics at Brown University, graduating with an AB. Finally, in 2013 to 2014, Nick attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) in International Health Policy.
