Kristen Bergstrom, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in various HR roles. Kristen started their career as a Human Resources Intern at St. Cloud Hospital in 2006. From there, they went on to work as a Human Resources Generalist at ATK, where they provided support to multiple departments and managed talent acquisition and exit management for the division. In 2010, Kristen joined Tennant Company as a Sr. Director, leading the Talent Management and Human Resources teams and serving as an HRBP for C-suite leaders. Their responsibilities included integrated talent management, DE&I, HR compliance, and global corporate HRBP. In addition to their corporate experience, Kristen also serves as a Board Member for Ruff Start Rescue ® since 2019.

Kristen Bergstrom holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School, specializing in Human Resources and Operations, from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degrees, Kristen has additional certifications as an Intercultural Development Inventory Facilitator from IDI and as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
