Lorene Shaw

Lorene Shaw is an experienced professional in instructional design and technical writing, currently serving as the Director of Instructional Design at Tenovos since June 2021. Prior to this role, Lorene held positions at Komatsu America Corporation as the Forestry Documentation Lead / Technical Writer and at OpenText as a Senior Technical Writer, where extensive expertise in XML and technical documentation management was demonstrated. Other notable experiences include senior technical writing roles at HP and Hewlett-Packard, and leadership positions in documentation at Autonomy, Interwoven, and MediaBin. Lorene possesses a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Design and a Bachelor’s degree in French Education from Florida State University.
