Alec Anderson Pe

Alec Anderson, PE, MBA has a range of experience in engineering, real estate, and consulting. Alec currently works as the Regional Sales Manager for Tensar, a division of CMC, where they generate and manages sales for Tensar solutions in the Northwest region. Alec trains and provides technical support to engineers and distributors in the region. Prior to this role, they worked as a Commercial Real Estate Manager at Stuart Anderson Properties, LLC, where they represented the real estate group in acquisition, management, and sales of commercial property in the United States. Alec acted as a liaison between tenants and property owners and assessed market growth and trends for future property sales.

Before their time at Stuart Anderson Properties, Alec was employed as a Senior Engineer at Wood, a large engineering firm. In this role, they managed and designed geotechnical engineering projects, developed strategic client relationships, and oversaw construction projects to ensure quality, schedule, and budget. Prior to working at Wood, Alec started their own engineering consulting firm, Preflex Consulting LLC, where they provided services to firms and municipalities for infrastructure projects. Alec managed contract discussions, business development, and supported construction activities while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget for successful project delivery.

Alec began their career at Jacobs Associates, where they quickly advanced from an entry-level position to a senior level within two years. As a Staff Engineer, they planned and organized underground investigations, prepared geotechnical reports, and provided design support during construction. Alec established strong working relationships and ensured regular liaison with internal teams.

Alec Anderson, PE, MBA has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. In addition, they pursued further education in Business Administration and Management, General, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Washington between 2018 and 2021.
