About you

We are expanding our Agile, and Agile at Scale, capability and are now seeking Agile Consultants keen to work with our clients on their Agile transformation journey. We require our consultants to have proven client facing experience working with senior leadership teams and the ability to understand client's business drivers with strong technology understanding, so that you can be a trusted partner and adviser through their Agile transformation journey. In addition, you have a passion for using strategy, technology and innovative solutions to solve real problems.

Ideally you will have the following experience:

  • Experience in working with senior leadership (Program managers, Executives, etc.), both at a programme and business level, in Agile transformation.

  • Championed the adoption Agile and other continuous improvement practices at a senior leadership level.

  • Worked or lead in Scaled Agile environments running large projects/programs in complex technology and delivery environments.

  • Extensive experience facilitating Agile meetings and ceremonies involving the customer and key stakeholders, from initial backlog creation through successful release.

  • Familiarity with various Agile tools like Jira, Version One etc.

  • Have experience at inspiring and supporting change at individual, team and organizational levels, in the adoption and ongoing improvements of effective and scalable Agile methods, processes, tools, and metrics.

  • Thrive in helping individuals and teams reach their highest potential and grow in a collaborative and iterative environment.

  • Expertise in Agile and Lean delivery life cycle and business processes.

  • Understanding of software product management principles.

  • Experience in a consulting environment with demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation.

Certifications:

  • Scrum Master or equivalent certification SPC certification

This role is only open to Wellington based candidates as time in our local offices shall be required.
