Guidewire Developers

Full-time · Australia

Job description

At Tenzing we’ve been helping our clients scale their mountains for over twenty years. We call it the Sherpa ethos: standing alongside, supporting our clients and doing the heavy lifting as they transform their business.

We are locally operated Management and Technology Consultants, with origins and experience in large international firms. At Tenzing we are hands-on and practical, committed to achieving outcomes for clients. We do transformation with our clients, not to them, making sure we leave an organisation in better shape than when we arrived.

  • Experience in customizing and configuring Guidewire applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter and/or Integration Gateway.

Experience in a consulting setting will also be highly desirable.

It is also important that you have a client-focused attitude, the ability to deal with ambiguity and shades of grey, and strong communication skills and presentations skills.

What we offer

  • Discretionary annual bonus.
  • Flexible and hybrid working across our offices, client sites and home hubs.
  • Flexible leave options, including the ability to purchase additional annual leave.
  • Fully subsidised Life and Income Protection Insurance.
