Julian Barmat

Julian Barmat has diverse work experience in project management and teaching roles. Julian is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at TeraCode since February 2022. Prior to that, Julian served as a Docente de cursos y posgrados in Project Management and a Docente de Cursos Online de Project Management at UTN.BA Extension Universitaria from July 2011. In this role, they supervised and coordinated more than 100 simultaneous students and conducted virtual classes. Julian also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Globant from November 2020 to February 2022. Before that, they served as an Agile Project Manager & Agile Coach at NEORIS from August 2018 to November 2020. Julian also held positions such as Senior PMO Project Manager at Red Link S.A. and Manager at redbee Studios in 2017. Prior to that, Julian was a Corporate PMO Project Manager at Sistran in 2016 and a Project Management Officer at Proguide Management Consulting in 2015. Julian also worked as a Program & Project Manager Regional at Netsol International in 2014 and as a Co-Founder at Project-ar from November 2012 to December 2014.

Julian Barmat has a diverse education history. In 2008-2009, they obtained a Project Management Professional degree from the Project Management Institute. Julian also holds a degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, which they acquired between 1997 and 2005. In 2017, Julian obtained a Certified Scrum Master degree from ScrumAlliance, and later that year, they also obtained a degree in Scrum from Scrum Alliance. Taking their education further, Julian has acquired additional certifications including ALP - Energizing People, ALP - Fundamentals Online Workshop, and Great Team Players, which were obtained from Management 3.0 in October 2021. In 2009, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI, and in 2019, they earned a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, Julian obtained a Certified SAFE 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2021.
