Jennifer Leck

Jennifer Leck has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Jennifer is currently the Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Teradyne, where they lead a team of recruiters in hiring talent for various roles in engineering, IT, finance, HR, sales, marketing, and project/program management. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at Teradyne, partnering with hiring managers to fill positions such as Product Managers, Program/Project Managers, Finance Manager, and Engineering Manager.

Before joining Teradyne, Jennifer worked as an Sr. Recruiter (RPO) at Monster, specifically working for Evoqua Water Technologies (formerly Siemens Water Technologies). Jennifer specialized in recruiting for sales, engineering, finance, and IT roles.

Additionally, Jennifer has experience as a Branch Manager at Apollo Professional Solutions, where they sourced and recruited talent for various clients in the Aerospace/Defense and Pharmaceutical industries. Jennifer also worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Apollo Professional Solutions.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, where they sourced IT candidates for clients in the Denver metro area. Jennifer also has experience as a Technical IT Recruiter at BearingPoint, recruiting full-time IT consultants, and as a Technical IT Recruiter at Compri Consulting, sourcing IT professionals for clients in the Denver area.

Jennifer's work experience also includes roles as a Technical Recruiter at Blue Wave Solutions, Sr. Technical Recruiter/Business Development Representative at ComCore Services, and Technical Recruiter at Sakson & Taylor. Jennifer began their career at IBM as a Marketing/Operations Analyst, where they liaised between IBM and resellers for educational software products.
