Debbie Stephens

Debbie Stephens has extensive work experience in human resources. Debbie is currently the Director of Corporate Services at TERRA Staffing Group, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at TERRA Staffing Group from January 2021 to January 2022. Before joining TERRA Staffing Group, Debbie served as the Human Resources Director at Clearsnap Holding, Inc. from October 2013 to April 2019. Debbie also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at multiple companies, including Pacific Coast Marine from January 2009 to September 2013, Glacier Bay Catamarans, LLC from January 2003 to January 2009, and Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. from January 1995 to January 1997. Additionally, they started their career at Jamco America as a Human Resources Assistant & Domestic Buyer, working there from January 1988 to January 1995.

Debbie Stephens completed their Human Resources Management degree from Bellevue College between 2003 and 2005. In 1988-1989, they focused on Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management at Edmonds College.
