Banker by trade, Jarek completed his MBA studies at Lublin University of Technology. For over 14 years he has gained knowledge and experience in the banking and finance sector at institutions such as Citi Bank, and Alior Bank. He focused on developing long-term investor relations with his clients. In the last two years, prior to joining Terra Land, Jarek worked together with the corporate sector, responsible for preparing financial offers for investment projects. He was also tasked with preparing various financial solutions for enterprises.

TerraLand is a global transaction platform based on blockchain technology for the sale of entire real estate or its individual parts. In the first stage, these will be commercial properties intended for investment purposes, those that generate a return for investors without maintenance. Work on the TLAND project began in 2019. In June 2020, the project was favored by the VC Impera Alfa fund, which resulted in receiving a grant from the National Center for Research and Development for the implementation of the MVP platform.
