Kyle Motter

Kyle Motter has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Kyle currently holds the position of Senior Mechatronics Engineer at Terraline, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Roam Robotics from January 2020 to March 2022, where they held various roles including Staff Engineer, Robotics Engineer, and Controls Engineer. From August 2016 to August 2018, Kyle worked as a Robotics Engineer at R-DEX Systems, Inc. Kyle also worked at ASML from October 2011 to August 2014 as a Mechanical Engineer. In addition, they gained experience as a Mechanical Engineer at Aero Engine Controls (Contract) from March to June 2011, and as a Structural Analyst/Engineer at Aerojet (Contract) from January to October 2010. Kyle started their career at CDI Aerospace in August 2007, where they served as a Mechanical/Aerospace Engineer until December 2009. Kyle was recognized twice by CDI for their exceptional analysis support. Overall, Kyle Motter has a strong background in mechatronics engineering, robotics, controls, and mechanical engineering.

Kyle Motter received their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Kyle later pursued a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Robotics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completing their studies in 2019.
