Alex Pertica

Alex Pertica has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Alex most recently held the position of Vice President at Terran Orbital Corporation starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where they held various roles including Physicist, Deputy Program Leader for the Space Program, Optical Sciences Group Leader, and Associate Program Leader for Space Systems and Enabling Technologies. Alex also worked as a Research Associate at The Aerospace Corporation from April 1985 to August 1986.

Alex Pertica obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in physics from Cornell University, where they studied from 1981 to 1984. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Physics and Engineering at the University of Southern California from 1984 to 1986.
