Jared Crabtree

Jared Crabtree has a long history of successful work experience. In 2021, they started their current role as Director of Supply Chain and Fulfillment Operations at Territory Foods. Previously, they spent seven years at Tacolicious, beginning in 2014. During their time there, they held various roles, including Managing Partner - Tacolicious Chico, Beverage Director, Sales Director, General Manager of Events, and Assistant General Manager/Bar Manager. In their role as Managing Partner - Tacolicious Chico, they chaired a team of executives to create the company's first quick service concept, Tacolicious Chico, from idea to successful brick and mortar. Jared also designed and implemented SOPs for efficiencies in service, storage, packaging, costing, as well as delivery/production from a commissary kitchen with a focus on health and safety. In their role as Beverage Director, they reimagined the bar program and purchasing strategy with a data-focused approach to drop total beverage costs by 3%. In their role as Sales Director, they headed catering and event managers production of $3.1 million (+10%) private dining, delivery, special events, and offsite sales across six locations. Jared also sourced and implemented new software to improve guest and in-house communication while improving quality and guest experience. As General Manager of Events, they directly supervised three sales managers and 35 caterers across six restaurants. Jared implemented scheduling, hiring, training, and streamlined communication procedures to increase operational bandwidth by 50%. Finally, they were the Assistant General Manager/Bar Manager.

Jared Crabtree obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from UC San Diego between 2000 and 2004. In 2015, they obtained a Food Safety Manager Certification (FSMC) from SERVESAFE LTD. In 2020, they earned a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE). Most recently, in 2021, they completed Narrow Aisle Forklift Operator Safety Training from Big Lift, LLC - Big Joe Forklifts.
