Laura Becker has a decade of professional experience in the fields of customer success, sales, operations, marketing, and communications. Laura began their career in 2010 as a Communications Intern for Newsweek. In 2011, they interned for Nasdaq OMX, where they helped organize opening and closing bell ceremonies, collected research on Nasdaq listed companies, drafted press releases, and generated content for the company Instagram account. In 2012, they held the role of Executive Vice President for Invincible Campaign, where they guided the organization's and brand's development from its inception. That same year, they also served as an Office Assistant for Hunter College's Macaulay Honors Office. In 2013, they interned for ELLE Magazine, and in 2014, they served as a Marketing Intern for BTX Trader. From 2015 to 2019, Laura worked at Zeel.com, where they held the roles of Account Manager, Hospitality, Sales and Operations Manager. During this time, they were responsible for developing and maintaining fruitful relationships with spa and hospitality clients, training new clients on the Zeel technology platform, and resolving day-to-day hiccups for existing clients. In 2019, they joined AngelList as a Customer Success Management Lead and Customer Success Manager, where they supported AngelList Talent clients by helping them make critical hires. In 2022, they moved to Bravado as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Territory Foods as a Strategic Client Success Lead.

Laura Becker attended Hunter College from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. During their time at Hunter College, they also completed a semester at the University of Amsterdam in 2013, studying Psychology.
