Zhenya Ignatova

Zhenya Ignatova is an experienced professional currently serving as the Field Service Manager for Direct Markets EMEA at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies since September 2025. Prior to this, Zhenya held roles as a Business Process Manager at KION Group and Dematic, where key responsibilities included leading process improvement initiatives and documenting workflows. Zhenya also has a background in production planning, change management, and supply chain project planning at MELEXIS, as well as experience in supply chain project coordination at Johnson & Johnson. Earlier positions include leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard and Adecco Bulgaria, focusing on operational efficiency and client relations. Zhenya holds a Master of Management in Business Process Management from Hasselt University, along with other graduate and undergraduate degrees from Sofia University.
