Ismail Guneydas

Ismail Guneydas is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity and manufacturing security. Currently serving as the Global Leader for Manufacturing Security at Tesla since 2019, Ismail has demonstrated expertise in spearheading innovative cybersecurity initiatives to protect manufacturing operations. Additionally, Ismail is a member of the GIAC Advisory Board and an Adjunct Faculty at Texas A&M University-Commerce, where Ismail established the university's first cybersecurity track. Previously, Ismail held significant positions at Kimberly-Clark, Yahoo, and Rackspace Hosting, leading cybersecurity efforts and earning accolades such as the SC Magazine Best Team Award. Ismail's academic credentials include multiple degrees in engineering, computer science, and management, along with a current pursuit of a Certificate Program in Artificial Intelligence from Cornell University.
