Annie Edminster

Annie Edminster has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Annie currently holds the position of Lead Talent Partner at Tessera Therapeutics, where they are responsible for leading hiring efforts and implementing talent acquisition and human resources strategies. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at the same company.

Annie previously worked at Digital Prospectors as a Sales Coordinator and later as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in IT, Engineering, and Life Sciences staffing.

Annie also gained experience as an Associate Recruiter at StratAcuity: The Science of People, where they focused on recruiting scientists for bio-pharmaceutical companies.

Before transitioning into the recruiting field, Annie worked at Macy's as a By Appointment Executive and Sales Manager. Annie started their professional career at Syracuse University as a Student Manager in Recreation Services operations.

Additionally, they gained experience as a Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Annie Edminster obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Psychology from Syracuse University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
