Natasha Cutler started their professional career as a Marketing Contractor at TFF Marketing in July 2015. From July 2016 to March 2018, they worked at Green Home Green Planet, initially as an SME Lead Generator and later as a Campaign Coordinator/Communications Manager. In March 2018, they joined Michael Page as a Recruitment Consultant and stayed there until October 2018. From October 2018 to October 2020, they worked at Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Cyber Security. In October 2020, they joined Hays as a Senior Consultant, focusing on IT Architecture and Cyber Security, and stayed there until July 2021. Since July 2021, they have been working at north - security | digital as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, specializing in Cyber Security. Most recently, in July 2022, they joined Tesserent as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for the Federal sector.

Natasha Cutler completed their Associate's Degree in Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in IV Cyber Security at the Canberra Institute of Technology, with an expected completion date not provided.
