Lauren Salton

Lauren Salton has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lauren currently works at TestGorilla as a Talent Acquisition Specialist since February 2023. Previously, they held the role of Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at TestGorilla from June 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining TestGorilla, Lauren worked at Best Western Hotels GB as a Distribution Executive from September 2018 to June 2022. Lauren also gained experience as an HR Assistant at Film Daily from April 2018 to August 2018.

Prior to that, Lauren worked at the Lawn Tennis Association as a Regional Tennis Service Assistant from August 2014 to December 2017. Lauren began their career at Premier Inn as a Receptionist, where they handled various tasks such as creating reservations, addressing guest queries, and managing guest-related issues and complaints from April 2012 to August 2014.

Lauren's early work experience includes working as a Head Counsellor at Kennolyn camp in 2010, where they ensured the health and safety of staff and campers, trained staff, and planned camper activities. Lauren also held the position of Head Counsellor at Kennolyn camps in 2009, 2008, and 2007. In 2006, they worked as a Camp Counsellor at Kennolyn Camps.

Lauren Salton attended various educational institutions throughout their academic journey. In 1995, they enrolled in Easingwold School and completed their GCSEs in the year 2000. Following this, from 2000 to 2002, Lauren studied Media Studies, Psychology, and Art at Easingwold 6th Form, where they earned their A Levels. In 2002, they further pursued their education at the University of Derby, specializing in Film and Television and obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Later in 2013, Lauren attended the Yorkshire College of Beauty and acquired an ITec diploma in Level 3 Hair and Media Makeup.
