Bill Toulias

Bill Toulias serves as the VP of Engineering at Testlio, starting in 2024. Previously, Bill held the position of Fractional CTO at Experia, where the focus was on leading the technological vision for an AI start-up that specializes in next-generation LLM-powered generative AI with a human brain-inspired reasoning engine. Bill's extensive experience includes roles such as Senior VP of Product Engineering at IgniteTech, Senior VP of Software Engineering & Operations at Trilogy, and Head of Product (Health) at INTERAMERICAN. Additional positions include Chief Transformation Officer and Transformation Director at AXA, Software Delivery Manager at QUBITEQ, and CTO of Startup & Co-Founder at EDGE Technologies. Bill began their career as a Software Engineer at 4M and META Management Services. Educational qualifications include a Professional MBA in Business Administration from Alba Graduate Business School and a BSc & MSc in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
