Brian Potts, AICP, serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, teaching Planning for Natural Hazards and Climate Risk. Currently a Senior Land Use Planner at Tetra Tech, Potts has extensive experience in land use planning, including roles as JLUS Program Manager and Joint Land Use Study Planner II at the Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments. Previous positions include Adjunct Professor at Colorado Mountain College and Planner I at the Summit County Planning Department. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado Boulder.
