Ruben Gu-Konu

Ruben Gu-Konu has a robust background in client management and customer service, with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Client Specialist at Texada Software since March 2012, Ruben specializes in client process analysis, deployment, training, and providing acute customer care. Prior to this role, Ruben worked as a Bartender at Charcoal Group of Restaurants from November 2005 to July 2015, honing customer service skills. Additionally, experience as a Client Specialist at SunLife from March 2004 to January 2012 involved deployment and care for bilingual and specialty clients, while a brief tenure as a Customer Service Representative at Scotiabank in 2011 included day-to-day banking operations.
