Andrea Walker

Andrea Walker, MBA, currently serves as the Unemployment Fund and CountyChoice Silver (post 65 Retiree) Program Administrator at the Texas Association of Counties since October 2020, managing program specialists and providing administrative services to program members. Prior to this role, Andrea worked as a Program Specialist at the Texas Municipal Court Education Center, where responsibilities included organizing seminars and managing multiple priorities. Earlier experience includes serving as a Default Recovery Account Manager at Trellis Company, with expertise in federal regulations related to student loans. Andrea holds a Master of Business Administration in Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University Texas and a Bachelor's degree from Lamar University.
