Valerie Gilbert

Valerie Gilbert is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in both personal and commercial lines. Currently serving as a Renewal Underwriter at Texas Security General Insurance Agency since August 2022, Valerie previously led the commercial department and trained agents at TWFG Insurance from March 2017 to August 2022. Valerie's career in insurance began in April 2001 at John Nanninga Insurance and includes roles as a Personal Lines Account Manager at various agencies including Texas World Wide Insurance and Carroll Insurance Agency. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Lone Star College and has pursued education at both Sam Houston State University and Lone Star College.
