Hans Heltzel

Hans Heltzel has had a long and varied career, beginning with their role as an Assets Protection Manager at Target from 1992 to 1998. Hans then moved to IBM, where they served as an Implementation Consultant from 1998 to 2001. In 2001, they joined Genesys | Interactive Intelligence as SVP Worldwide Services & Executive Officer of CIC Platform, and then became SVP Worldwide Services in the same company. In 2016, they moved to Genesys as SVP Worldwide Professional Services, and in 2018 they took a three-year sabbatical to spend time with family and pursue personal development. Hans is currently Chief Experience Officer at Textel, a position they have held since 2021.

Hans Heltzel attended Ball State University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Hans'story & Criminology. Hans then returned to Ball State University from 1997 to 1998, where they earned a Master of Science in Information and Communication Sciences.
