Jennifer Burnett

Jennifer Burnett has a diverse work experience spanning across several industries. Jennifer is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at both TextExpander and Smile since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at BPO Automation Group, LLC for seven years from July 2014 to July 2021, where they held the position of Business/Customer Success Manager. Before joining BPO Automation Group, LLC, Jennifer worked at Farm Journal as an Office Manager/Accounting Coordinator from April 2012 to August 2014. Jennifer also has experience working as a Sales Office Assistant/Receptionist at WESCO Distribution from September 2009 to August 2010. Jennifer's earliest work experience was at Damon Motor Coach, where they worked as Customer Service/Consumer Affairs from May 2005 to April 2008.
