Santosh Sridhar

Santosh Sridhar has extensive work experience in various roles related to quality engineering and software testing.

Santosh is currently working as a Senior Quality Engineer II at TextNow since December 2021.

Before joining TextNow, Santosh worked at Resillion (formerly Eurofins Digital Testing) from February 2021 to November 2021 as a Test Engineer and Team Coach.

Prior to Resillion, Santosh was employed at Plivo from June 2019 to January 2021 as an SDET II. Santosh was responsible for functional and non-functional testing of outbound and inbound trunks, performance testing, and benchmarking of Voice Backend.

From January 2018 to May 2019, Santosh worked at Radisys Corporation as a Lead Software Engineer, where they provided leadership in planning and executing software test cycle activities for the FlowEngine project. Santosh also contributed to automation and manual testing, as well as non-functional testing activities such as stress, load, and performance testing. Santosh mentored new team members and developed Python tools to improve test execution and bug reporting efficiency.

Before Radisys, Santosh was employed at Kodiak as a Software Engineer from April 2012 to August 2013. Santosh'sresponsibilities included protocol testing, load and performance testing, and development of Wireshark plugins for debugging issues in the Media Server.

Santosh started their career at Tech Mahindra in January 2010 as a Technical Associate. Santosh worked on system integration testing of wireline broadband access products, particularly the Motorola FTTH - GPON product. Santosh'sresponsibilities included testing triple play services, regression testing of data, VoIP, and IPTV features, and collaborating with integration and architecture teams for requirement analysis and test case execution.

Santosh also has experience as a Lecturer at Vivekananda Institute of Technology, Bangalore, from May 2009 to January 2010.

Santosh Sridhar completed their education in a chronological order. Santosh first attended Saint Pauls High School and obtained their Senior Secondary School Leaving Certificate in 2000. Santosh then enrolled in SKCH PU College Bengaluru and pursued a Pre-University Course in Electronics from 2000 to 2002.

After completing their pre-university education, Santosh Sridhar joined A.P.S College of Engineering, Bangalore, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Telecommunication Engineering. This program lasted from 2002 to 2006.

Following their bachelor's degree, Santosh Sridhar continued their education at RV College Of Engineering from 2006 to 2008. During this period, they completed a Master of Technology (M.TECH) degree specializing in Communication Systems.

In addition to their formal education, Santosh Sridhar has also obtained several certifications. Santosh acquired the ISTQB Agile Tester certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in September 2017. Additionally, they obtained the ISTQB Foundation Level certification from the same institution in 2017. Most recently, in June 2022, Santosh Sridhar earned the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
