Robin McGrath

Robin McGrath is a seasoned HR professional with over 40 years of experience in various managerial and analytical roles. Currently serving as the Director of HR Shared Services at Textron since July 2014, Robin previously held the position of Director of HR Operations at Textron Systems from June 2008 to July 2014. Prior experience includes roles as HRIS Manager at Private Healthcare Systems and Sr HRIS Analyst at Fresenius Medical Care. Robin began a career in HR as a Payroll Analyst at Honeywell/Loral/Lockheed Martin from May 1981 to September 1996. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Management Information Systems and an Associate's degree in Accounting, both earned at Northeastern University.
