Vince Morales

Vince Morales has worked in customer service and client management roles for over a decade. Beginning as a Relationship Manager at WageWorks from August 2011 to June 2018, Vince provided dedicated client management and served as an external HR Google Concierge. Transitioning to Bristol West Insurance Group from October 2018 to June 2021, Vince worked as a Liability Claims Adjuster, ensuring customer satisfaction and finding the best resolutions for both the company and customers. Currently, at TextUs since June 2021, Vince serves as a Senior Customer Experience Representative, providing support on help tickets and troubleshooting technical bugs via email, videoconferencing, and screen-shares.
