Russell Pahl

Russell Pahl is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent management and employee relations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at TFI International Inc. since April 2019, Russell has previously held roles including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at the same company. Previous experience includes positions at Menzies Aviation as a Human Resources Generalist, where Russell oversaw employee benefits, workplace injury claims, and labor relations, and at GardaWorld, serving as a Talent Management Coordinator and Recruitment Advisor.
