Simon Clayson

Simon Clayson is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades in the food industry. Currently serving as Interim Procurement and Supply Chain Director at TGI Fridays UK since May 2024, previous roles include Global Category Director for Proteins and Senior Global Buyer at Sodexo from January 2020 to November 2023.
