Gabriel Ortega García-Maritano

Gabriel Ortega García-Maritano has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Gabriel began their career at Nestle in 2006, where they worked as a Trainee T&P in the Dept. Operaciones until 2009. Following this, Gabriel joined Latamel Inc in 2009 as a Business Analyst and later served as a Business Intelligence Analyst from 2011 to 2011.

In 2011, they joined DHL as a Sales Analyst and worked there until 2014. During their time at DHL, Gabriel also worked as a Sales and Pricing Administrator from 2013 to 2014.

Gabriel then transitioned to Subway in 2014, where they took on the role of Operations Manager until 2016. Gabriel subsequently joined Maritano's Café as a Commercial Manager from 2016 to 2017.

In 2017, Gabriel joined UNESA as a New Business Development Manager, and they are currently working at TGI Fridays since July 2019, holding the position of Director of Operations.

Gabriel Ortega García-Maritano has a Master's degree in Finance from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business (2010-2011). Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (Administrative) from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua (2004-2008). Gabriel also obtained a High School Diploma from Colegio De La Salle (1991-2003). Gabriel has an additional certification as a Business Consultant from Subway, obtained in 2015.
