Tom McEvoy has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Tom is currently the Vice President of Operations at TGI Fridays. Prior to this role, they served as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Au Bon Pain, where they were responsible for reversing sales and profit trends in 12 bakery cafes. Tom has also worked as the Senior Vice President at Strategic Restaurant Solutions, a talent firm specializing in the recruitment and retention of top leaders in the industry. Tom has held various leadership positions at TGI Fridays, including Senior Director of Operations, Director of Operations, and General Manager, where they successfully increased sales, market share, and profitability. Tom also has experience as a Managing General Partner at Ground Round Restaurant. Throughout their career, Tom has shown a strong ability to create a culture of winning, recruit and retain talented individuals, and reverse negative sales trends.

Tom McEvoy attended the University at Albany, SUNY, where they studied Psychology. Tom also participated in an Executive Leadership Program at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. In addition to their education, Tom obtained Six Sigma Green Belt Training certification.
