Peter Smeyan

Peter Smeyan has a solid background in HR, with extensive experience in companies like TGT Diagnostics, Irkutsk Oil Company/GreenAtom, Linde, SAP, Levi Strauss & Co., and Campbell Soup Company. At TGT Diagnostics, Peter is currently the L&D Champion and Head of HR for the Technology Center in the Russia and Caspian Region, overseeing HR strategy development, recruitment, succession planning, and personnel measures. In previous roles, Peter has managed HR functions, recruitment processes, performance management, organizational structure optimization, and employee development. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
