Kulvee Serikul

Kulvee Serikul has extensive work experience in the legal field, with a particular focus on telecommunications and broadcasting law. Kulvee is currently working as an Assistant Vice President - Legal at Thaicom Public Company Limited since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Intouchholdings from November 2018 to July 2022.

In 2013, Kulvee joined Thaicom Public Company Limited as a Legal Specialist (Assistant to VP Legal), where they advised on telecommunications and broadcasting law and regulations. Kulvee also supervised external lawyers and negotiated complex satellite-related procurement contracts. During their time at Thaicom, they made significant achievements such as setting up new protocols for telecom and broadcasting service contracts and ensuring compliance with NBTC regulations.

Before joining Thaicom, Kulvee worked as a Law Lecturer at Chiang Mai University in 2013. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Senior Legal Consultant and Patent Attorney at Rehabilitation and Legal Consultant Company Limited. Prior to that, they were a Partner at Rehab & Recovery Company Limited from 2007 to 2009. Kulvee also worked as a Legal Consultant and Senior Legal Consultant at Rehabilitation and Legal Consultant Company Limited from 2005 to 2007.

Kulvee began their career as a Part-time Legal Consultant and Translator, providing legal consultancy and translation services from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they briefly worked as the Manager of Corporate Planning Office at Mitsubishi Elevators in 2011.

Kulvee Serikul obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Chiang Mai University in an unknown year. Kulvee then completed their Thai Barrister at Law certification before pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law (International) at Chulalongkorn University, which they completed in 2004. Kulvee furthered their education by earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law from King's College London in 2012.

In addition to their academic achievements, Kulvee Serikul has obtained several certifications in the legal field. Kulvee holds a Lawyer Licence from The Law Society of Thailand and a patent agent license (Class A) from the Department of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Commerce, Thailand. Kulvee has also received a Certificate of Legal Professional Course from The Law Society of Thailand and a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from The Thai Bar. Lastly, they have practical knowledge in patent registration and protection of invention according to the Patent Cooperation Treaty, certified by the Department of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Commerce of Thailand. However, the exact months and years when these certifications were obtained are unknown.
