Collin Ertter

Collin Ertter is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in software verification and design engineering. Currently serving as a software verification engineer at Thales Defense & Security, Inc. since March 2022, Collin has developed expertise in key products such as the army leader radio and electronic warfare modules. Prior experience includes a role as a design engineer at Planar Monolithics Industries, where Collin designed advanced phase shifters and worked on various radio frequency devices. Additionally, Collin has contributed as a data analyst at M&T Bank and gained hands-on experience in engineering and welding during earlier roles at Towson University and J&R Steel and Welding, Inc. Collin holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Towson University, complementing a solid foundation in technical and mechanical design.
