Gil Garcia, CGC, CCM, DBIA, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Thalle Construction Company, Inc., overseeing the construction of Sam's WRF in Clayton, NC since February 2023. With extensive experience in construction management, Gil previously held the position of Construction Manager at Fincantieri Infrastructure, managing a $400 million PPP project in Miami, and at the City of North Miami Beach, where a $110 million CIP was executed. Gil's career encompasses roles from Sr. Construction Manager at 300 Engineering Group to Director of Engineering at CES Consultants, with foundational experience gained at Metcalf & Eddy and Parsons Brinckerhoff. Gil holds a Master’s Degree in Earth Systems Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University.
