Phil Reddall has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Phil started their career in 2000 as a Holding Manager at Six Continents Retail. After that, they worked as a Sales and Product Training Coordinator at Toyota Motor Corporation. Phil then joined Blue Sky Intermedia as a Project/Account Manager and E-learning Designer.
In 2010, Phil became an Instructional Design Manager at Osbourne Purdie, where they focused on developing training materials and building the organization's e-learning offer. Phil later moved on to KnowledgePool as a Learning Technology & Innovation Consultant, where they provided expertise on technology-driven learning.
Phil then joined AkzoNobel as a Learning & Development Innovation Manager, responsible for innovation and providing a consultative service for the wider learning community. Phil also served as the Chair of the Board of Directors and Director & Vice Chair at eLearning Network, a non-profit organization that provides guidance on best practices in technology-based learning and development.
In 2018, Phil joined John Lewis Partnership as a Proposition Lead, overseeing learning, development, and progression. Phil also served as a Solutions Manager, focusing on learning initiatives. After that, they moved to Thames Water as the Head of Learning.
Currently, Phil is working as a Mentor at the Drive Forward Foundation.
Phil Reddall attended Bournemouth University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a 2:1 BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies. Phil also received a certificate in Retail Management Competency from a career-based training program. In addition, they completed their A-levels in Geography, History, and Biology at The Leventhorpe School. Phil Reddall has obtained the certification of Fellow in 2023 from The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute).
