Vince Cogan

Vince Cogan is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Thatch, Vince also founded and holds the position of Principal at 021 Legal PC. Previously, Vince was employed at Brex as Vice President of Government and Regulatory Affairs, as well as General Counsel, Secretary, and Head of Compliance. Vince has also worked as Principal at the Law Office of Vince Cogan and served as Corporate Counsel, Head of Product Legal and Legal Operations at Stripe. Vince earned a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
