Julia Mulgrew

Julia Mulgrew is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance and claims management. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Officer at The AA since June 2018, Julia also manages a team of quality analysts and reports to the National Quality Manager. Prior to this role, Julia worked at Tesco Underwriting as a Motor Claims Controller from January 2012 to June 2018, and held various positions at Aviva from October 1992 to December 2011, including Technical Case Manager, Special Investigator, Motor, Public and Products Liability Claims Investigator, and multi-discipline Claims Handler.
