Jackie Brown

Jackie Brown serves as the Global Head Reward at The Access Group since September 2022, bringing extensive experience in compensation and benefits from various international roles. Previously, Jackie held the position of Regional Reward Director at dentsu international, leading the reward strategy for the EMEA region. Prior to that, Jackie was Vice President of Compensation Benefits at Comcast, where a market-based pay model was developed, and International Benefits Director, overseeing benefits across 34 countries. Jackie’s career includes serving as VP Reward - International at NBCUniversal, Reward Director at Universal Pictures International Entertainment, Compensation & Benefits Director for Allergan EAME, Head of Global Reward at Lego Company, and Senior Consultant at Mercer, alongside an early role as Personnel Administrator at WS Atkins.
