Kristal Shropshire

Kristal Shropshire has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition, program management, and human capital operations. Kristal started their career in 2008 at TNTP as a Recruitment Manager and later became an Operations Manager, Human Capital. In 2014, Kristal joined Grantmakers for Education as a Program Manager, where they worked until 2016. Kristal then joined Achievement Network (ANet) in 2016 as a Manager, Recruitment and Staffing, and later took on the role of Manager, Talent Acquisition. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Talent Acquisition at ANet.
