Timothy Hellebuyck has a diverse and extensive work experience in technology leadership roles. Timothy started their career as the Manager of Information Technology at Federal APD, Inc. in 2004, where they oversaw all aspects of IT operations. Timothy then joined Federal Signal Corporation - Safety and Security Group as the Director of Enterprise Information Security & Architecture, where they developed global architecture for authentication, authorization, data privacy, access control, and digital signature technologies.

In 2014, Timothy joined UnitedHealth Group as the Director of Web Development | Chief Product Owner, leading a global team responsible for front-end web delivery. Timothy worked on architecture solution design, infrastructure coordination, and alignment of solutions to enterprise security and strategy.

Timothy also held the position of Senior Technology Advisor | Fractional CIO Advisory at IT Ally, LLC from 2018 to 2019, providing IT advisory and digital transformation services to SMBs. Timothy then became the Senior Technology Advisor | Fractional CIO at Planted Detroit in 2018, where they were responsible for IT operations, service delivery, budgeting, and strategic planning.

From 2017 to 2020, Timothy worked at Ally as the Director of Technology | Dealer Financial Services- Auto Digital and Physical Remarketing, overseeing technology and development portfolios for various services. Timothy collaborated with product owners, technology, and design groups to deliver innovative technology solutions.

Currently, Timothy serves as the Executive Director, Technology | Product Development at The Action Benefits Company since 2020. In this role, they provide strategic and tactical leadership for the organization's technology portfolio, IT operations, cyber security, software research and development, agile delivery, and data center operations.

Throughout their career, Timothy has demonstrated expertise in technology leadership, strategic planning, innovation, and project management. Timothy'swork experience spans various industries, including automotive, healthcare, and security.

Timothy Hellebuyck earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems from Oakland University, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Warren DeLaSalle Collegiate High School from 1988 to 1992. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration/Information Technology Management at Central Michigan University, from 2002 to 2004.
