Matt Thomas is an accomplished leader in staffing solutions with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Operations for Adecco East Region, Matt oversees a $70M portfolio focused on the Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics verticals. Previously, Matt held the role of Vice President at Pyramid Consulting, Inc., managing a $250M portfolio and leading strategic initiatives. An early career at Adecco included various leadership positions, progressing from Client Service Manager to Director of Centralized Delivery Solutions, where Matt supported a $350M portfolio. Matt began in management roles at Automation Personnel Services, Inc. and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, demonstrating strong business development and operational management skills. Education includes an MBA from Liberty University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from The University of Georgia.
