Joy Wang

Joy (Shuangqi) Wang is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Career Counselor and Judicial Clerkship Advisor at the University of Minnesota Law School, and as an Adjunct Professor for Judicial Writing. Wang holds the position of Vice President and Chair of the Annual Awards Celebration Committee on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Justice Foundation, while also working as a Pro Bono Attorney with The Advocates for Human Rights, focusing on asylum proceedings. Previous experience includes an Associate Attorney role at Norton Rose Fulbright, a Law Clerk for the Minnesota Supreme Court, and various legal positions that involved extensive research, legal writing, and client representation. Joy Wang holds a Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) and a Master of Public Health in Environmental Health from the University of Minnesota, along with a Bachelor of Arts (Magna Cum Laude) from Denison University.
