Amber Logan

Amber Logan has extensive work experience in scientific communications, with their most recent role being Associate Director of Scientific Communications at The ALS Association. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Communications Manager and Lead Science Writer at VCU School of Medicine, and as a Communications Manager at VCU Health. Amber also held the position of Director of Communications at AAMI, where they were responsible for overseeing the production of various publications, managing social media activity, and coordinating editorial content. Amber has also worked as a Medical Writing Specialist at the American Society of Clinical Oncology and held freelance roles as a health and medical writer. Amber began their career as a copywriter at Langland.

Amber Logan completed their education with a Master's degree in Science Communication from Imperial College London in 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Ball State University in 2005. Amber has also obtained a certification as a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci in 2019.
