Joel Hawbaker

Joel Hawbaker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grain and logistics operations management. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager and Grain and Logistics Operations Manager at The Andersons, Inc. since January 2021, Joel oversees all inbound grain operations and the loading and shipping processes for ethanol and distillers dried grains both by truck and rail. With a background that includes roles such as Plant Superintendent and Production Supervisor at OP Nutrition, as well as various internships at Archer Daniels Midland Company, Joel has developed strong skills in operations management, employee oversight, and maintenance planning. Joel holds a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Systems Management.
