The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is a non-profit agency serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. CPARC provides Advocacy Services, Residential Services, Vocational Training and Rehabilitation, Adult Day Care and Child Care Services.

They have also been heavily involved in supporting families at the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs.
