Jennifer Howell

Jennifer Howell is a Senior Group Legal Counsel at The Ardonagh Group, where Jennifer provides corporate and finance support on various legal issues, including M&A transactions and shareholder level transactions. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as an Associate at Stevens & Bolton LLP, advising on commercial law issues. Jennifer's experience also includes in-house legal counsel roles at companies such as Tokio Marine Kiln and The AA, where Jennifer gained valuable commercial experience. Jennifer's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Law and German from Cardiff University and a Legal Practice Course from the College of Law, Guildford.
